A “Faith-Based Entrepreneur” Vs Business Owner or Entrepreneur

STRATEGY #39

Did you know there is a big difference between a business owner and an entrepreneur and even a bigger difference between a FAITH-BASED ENTREPRENEUR and a secular business owner and entrepreneur?

If you are like most you most likely thought that they meant the same thing. Entrepreneurs take risks. Much bigger risks than business owners. Now, the Faith-Based Entrepreneur is not taking risks they are operating from God's word. They are operating from Faith, not risk.

A Faith-Based Entrepreneur reads the bible, believes it, and says the scriptures daily, knowing that what God's word says about them prospering and creating wealth must happen.

When they use faith as a method of creating multiple streams of income they discover how to create their heart's desire, and develop a belief, knowing without a doubt that they will see God’s word become a reality in their business and life…

Most traditional business owners are focusing on growing their business by 5–10% every year, to them that is progress and success. Their strategy involves, adding new products, staff members, or a marketing campaign that helps them to achieve that yearly goal.

However, a faith-based entrepreneur…will not only increase the profits of their main business, they will go to the word of God and use its power to give them the power to also create multiple streams of income with a second, third, or fourth business off the revenues of that first business and then intentionally use that money to help grow God’s Kingdom.

Here Is Why:

The bible tells us that we need to have 7 to 8 streams of income or multiple streams of income because…

  • Business and life will give you what you have the faith to believe for
  • The results from our efforts are in God’s hands, we make plans but He directs are steps
  • Some of our endeavors will fail so you can learn lessons or what’s not for us
  • Diversification provides peace of mind when one is up and another is down or disaster strikes.
  • We make plans but God controls our wealth creation

Faith-based entrepreneurs are focused on tapping into becoming all God created them to be and willing to seek the plans and purpose that God has for and for their life and are not self-focused.

They are fully aware that it is God’s power that gives them the ability to create wealth. (But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealthDeuteronomy 8:18)

Did you know that throughout the bible God speaks more on finances than just about any other subject?

During the Bible's, days the currency was silver, gold, land, crops, and herds
of animals. Investments were barns filled with hay and storehouses filled with grain for sowing and feeding herds. And Abram was very rich in cattle,
in silver, and in gold. Genesis 13:2 This was the form of currency used at the time. Today we use paper money, digital currency, credit cards, and electronic banking, although the resources are different, they are all used to sell or buy, to get something you want or don’t want.

An example that a faith-based entrepreneur can pull from is how Abraham listened to God, and how God blessed and prospered him and wanted to be involved with his wealth creation. He learned the biblical principles of prosperity with a purpose firsthand.

Faith-based entrepreneurs want God to be involved in their finances and believe that they are descendants of Abraham and were promised to prosper. They also know that there are certain things that they must do to activate this promise in their life. For example, follow these 4 Biblical Principles:

4 Biblical Principles to follow like Abraham did to become a faith-based entrepreneur that prospers.

1. Listening to and obeying God. (Gen. 12:1–4.)
2. Honoring God, who prospers you. (Gen.12:7.)
3. Generous and avoiding strife. (Gen.13:5–9.)
4. Compassionate toward others. (Gen.18:24–33.)

They know that they cannot be greedy and truly prosper as a Faith-based entrepreneur. There is nothing wrong with wanting to have an abundance for yourself and your family, but giving to God and being generous with others is part of the biblical principles that one must abide by.

By doing so this allows them to receive favor and overflow in their income by 30, 60, and 100 fold and MORE!

When you mix faith with entrepreneurial thinking it can lead to huge supernatural breakthroughs. One way of creating supernatural breakthroughs is looking at your business and asking yourself how can you create multiple streams of income from your main business, add more services, and activate your faith, to bring it to reality?

For example, one of our parent companies Ice Fit Studio sells non-invasive body contouring and skin tightening equipment to investors. This type of business also leads to providing other spas and medspas with marketing, sales, advertising, and direct mail packages that’ll help them get more patients and clients through the front door.

It can also lead to them going through our online learning and earning academies guiding them through setting up funnels, social media marketing, and also training their staff on how to sell to walk in’s and over the phone or online prospects and increase the average sale — all while running the parent company at the same time.

So as you go through the faith-based entrepreneurial journey, start by meditating on the word day and night as this will expedite your favor and lead to an overflow in the form of multiple streams of income off of your main business.

And guess what, that second, third or fourth, fifth, six, seven or eight business could be more prosperous than the first! Ecclesiastes 11:2 ►Invest in seven ventures, yes, in eight; you do not know what disaster may come upon the land.

We believe the only way you can achieve and become your best and receive breakthroughs is by “FAITH” and “THINK from God’s word and let your mind be transformed by renewing it to that of a faith-driven entrepreneur instead of just a business owner or an entrepreneur.
